Referring a Patient to SAA
Feel Free To Contact Us At Any Time
At Seattle Acupuncture Associates (SAA) we value the quality of communication and collaboration with our patient referral network. As a referring provider to SAA, you can expect consistent communication from the treating acupuncturist. At a patient’s first visit it is helpful to have the last contact note and any imaging reports available.
After our first visit we will send an introductory letter you, the referring provider informing you of the treatment onset, treatment plan details, and when to expect a follow-up status letter. Additionally, feel free to contact us at any time
via email (seattleacupunctureassociates@gmail.com)
or phone (206.622.0246).
We welcome any questions, comments or input that you may have while your patient is under our care.
